Principal Davis is Retiring

Mrs. Davis, our wonderful principal for the past 15 years, will be retiring in June.  Mrs. Davis has been an exceptional administrator, and she will be missed by everyone.  The district is in the process of hiring a new principal for Back Bay/Monte Vista.  We will share that information when it's available.

Back Bay is proud to announce we have won the silver award for PBIS implementation.  PBIS stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports. PBIS training supports a safe and positive school culture.

Every student is entitled to a safe school environment, free from discrimination, harassment, intimidation and bullying. Read our district's policy on bullying online or take one from our school's office.

Students and parents can report bullying by email at  or anonymously by placing a note inside the Bully Box in our school's office.
